Gateway Design Studio was commissioned along with Design & Advise to provide comprehensive recommendations for the conceptual streetscape design of the Uptown Jackson District in Jackson, Missouri.

The Plan addresses specific needs and provides recommendations for streetscape design and landscape improvements such as curb extensions, pedestrian crosswalks, community identifiers, accessories, landscape planting and storm water management. The Master Plan was to provide a clear and viable design approach which can be implemented over a period of years through phased development.
