This high profile commercial bank and office building project located in Chesterfield, MO consisted of renovations to an existing building, parking lot, landscape and other site improvements including several new water fountain features.

 

The design included landscape features and special hardscape improvements for the site. An existing private sculpture park was also included as part of the design and improvements which serve as an important amenity for bank employees and guests to enjoy.

 

The 4 acre site required preservation of several existing trees as required by City ordinance. Fountain features were designed and made part of the front and atrium area of the building.  Additional design features included the design of a patio area and curved seat wall and walkway with stamped colored concrete pavement.
