Gateway Design Studio has been providing park planning and full design, bidding and construction observations services for Beyond Housing; a local non-for profit organization, in creating an exceptional park space that will fit within the redevelopment of this north county community in the St. Louis metro area.

Goals and objectives including but not limited to the location of potential park amenities such as but not limited to; a inclusive playground space, donor dedication spaces, special pavement, urban reforestation, multipurpose open green space, pavilion(s), loop trail system around the park with connection to surrounding sidewalks, educational and interpretive spaces with signage, site furniture and lighting.
